Vision & Mission

At DCCA, we believe that it is important to be transparent about our vision and mission. In short, the vision defines our aspirational goal where we see God taking us; ultimately, this is what we are striving to be as an organization. Our mission defines how we plan to achieve that vision, by the grace of God.

Vision:

The body of Christ in unity providing God’s love to the world, transforming all people.

Our mission statement below is our charter; or in other words, the way we believe that God is directing us, in action, to achieve our vision.

Mission:

Equipping God’s people with truth through the teaching of scripture, the diplomatic implementation of admonishment, the Biblical execution of spiritual warfare, and the advancement of truth across our unique and individual callings in His kingdom work here on earth.

These two statements drive the why behind our day-to-day ministry in supporting our community, giving us purpose in the kingdom work we feel called. It is imperative upon DCCA’s leadership council to continually re-evaluate this vision and mission statement, ensuring that it remains congruent with Biblical teaching.
